Today, I'm extra grateful to be childfree.

I'm 5 months pregnant with my second child, and it's getting really fucking hard. I'm going to have to raise two children with very close ages in the midst of a fucking recession, when I'm not yet 25. I'm going to have all of this responsibility on my shoulders alone, and I'm dreading the scarcity, I'm tired of spending all day all by myself with my 14 months old and being judged for not being the perfect mother by family, friends and even strangers. I'm tired of this hypercapitalist society where people like me have to sacrifice everything to raise their children alone, while wealthy families can hire nannies and don't give a fuck about the rest of us.
