If my kid constantly needed “help” like my coworkers need help on this job, I’d send my kid to a special needs school.

This is just an honest observation that I’ve been thinking about for the last two hours. <br>My kid is 3 years old and was diagnosed with autism. Even though my kid has autism, my kid is still at least 2 years ahead in most aspects. <br>If my kid needed the level of “help” that my coworkers need, I would send my kid straight to a special needs school without a second thought. <br>Or to put it another way, if my kid didn’t need this level of hand holding at 3, something is wrong and I’d get my kid professional help. <br>I just cannot fathom how my co-workers got here and are functioning as adults with jobs.
