Slow Cooker Meal Prep

How common/popular is slow cooker meal prep? I enjoy meal prep and slow cooking, so I figure this would be the best of both worlds. <br><br>I have a physically demanding job on my feet and 2 little ones. I use to prep 5-6 meals over the weekend, but now a days I’m too burnt out to do so. I’m looking for something quick to cook and throw in the fridge for the week. <br><br>Has anyone ever cooked 5-7 slow cooker meals over the weekend? Or 2-3 big slow cooker meals and separate them into 5-6 smaller meals?<br><br>Example:<br><br>Chicken breast in slow cooker with veggies then separate into 5-6 meals.<br><br>Or <br><br>7 slow cookers with chicken breast, rice, and veggies then separate into 7 meals.<br><br>How will the food taste? <br><br>This is mainly for me, but my wife is a picky eater. The kids eat a little bit of everything.<br><br>What would you all say about this idea?
