What’s the best way to tell my principal about a physical altercation a student had with another teacher?

I’ve read the rules and I’m not sure how to do this without breaking the rule about naming schools and people. <br><br>Yesterday I have a student attack another teacher. This student is an English learner and clearly meant to say to the teacher “I’m gonna punch you in the dick.” What came out was “I’m gonna punch you in the pick.” So the teacher was confused. The student then asked clarifying questions with a classmate in their native language and she then understood what he said. She then lost her shit and went after him. <br><br>I don’t think she’s going to be punished in any way other than maybe a talking to from the principal.
