Hey all, first time poster, long time lurker. I'm a meal prep chef working for a small meal prep company in NYC and we're looking to expand our business. We've had a lot of success so far but we're trying to expand to more markets and increase the variety of our offerings. I figured this would be the best place to get a sense for what people want in terms of meal prep and what they're looking for when it comes to meal prep services. So, if you had all the options in the world what type of meal prep would you choose, and what would you think is a fair price for it? If you're currently using a meal prep service what do you like most/least about it? Do you have any criticism or advice for someone in my position trying to expand a meal prep business?
