I'm gonna roll some S(?) this weekend

This is my first time rolling on a psychedelic, I have some S(?) that my coworker left behind at my fathers house after a party. I've been saving it in the fridge waiting for a time to use it. Finally I have a weekend off work and I'm hoping to use it with a few friends. Should I eat it, go for a walk, or just chill in the house? I've never done any drugs in my life besides weed and beer, so this is a first for me.<br><br>Any advice?<br><br>EDIT: I think I made a mistake, I just realized that S is probably ecstasy, not an LSD analog.
