Do you have a favorite show to watch in your target language?

I’m learning English and I’ve got to say, it‘s the easiest it has ever been. I can understand almost everything. <br>In the beginning I had to watch English shows with German subs, then English subs, then no subs at all. WOW. Especially this last one has made me realize how much I‘ve improved. <br>Now I’ve noticed that it’s much easier with some shows than others. E.g. all the Marvel shows, The Good Place, Manifest, everything from J.J. Abrams… it’s super easy. In contrast, Friends, The Office, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, big bang theory… not as easy at all. What’s the difference? The humor? Idk. <br>I’ve come to the realization that I need to watch something that I’m really interested in or I will never watch it. <br>I have been watching Manifest for months now and I’m still not done with it. It’s really interesting though and I can easily watch 2-3 episodes a day. I just can’t wait to find out what happens next.
