this sub has really messed with my head lol

my main issues have been with men, boys, and the patriarchy my whole life but i haven't been able to put my finger on it properly until i joined this sub. i am not even sure what to do now and my life feels so immuniser (see what i did there). how do you all cope and deal with these people? they are fucking everywhere. i am really struggling to adapt and continue on. any thoughts would be great. also please recommend any subs to help.
