Is it possible to abolish lithuania from the map while keeping Klaipėda and it’s region in Lithuania?

Klaipėda is the only positive thing about Lithuania. Could we either become an independent nation, or remain a part of Lithuania while the prussians take the rest of the territory? It’s only fair, all the other regions are shit and only return debt, but Klaipėda is the only region that actually returns positive revenue and actually could support itself.
