I fucking hate middle schoolers

Everyday I feel like I'm losing my shit. I'm tired of the drama. Tired of indulging in middle school gossip, tired of even learning their names. I'm tired of the lack of respect the have for teachers and have for each other. I just want to teach high school or college or something. I'm so fucking done with this age group and I'm just about ready to quit if I get placed with this grade level again. Any other middle school teachers feel my pain?<br><br>EDIT: thanks guys, these comments actually made me LOL. I feel better now, sorry for being a bitch. I'll take anything I can get from my school district and then hopefully move on to high school. I'll probably have to teach middle school again next year and I'm already fucking stressed about it. I just wish I had more support from my colleagues and administration and parents. <br><br>EDIT 2: I'm an English teacher btw. So yeah, that's just fucking fantastic. I just want to teach poetry to high school students all day long but instead I'm teaching 12 year olds how to write a paragraph.
