How do I get my money out?

My grandparents set up a series of accounts with all of us grandkids in the 90s. Davinci is the company. They are in Delaware and have been around since 2002 but I can not for the life of me figure out how to take the money out of the account. There is a card attached to this account and I'm using it sparingly. <br><br>It's frustrating. I can't get anyone on the phone and they want me to download some app or website to talk to someone in a "secure chat" which I won't do as you all know how I feel about that. How do I get my money?<br><br>Tldr; I can't get my money out of a pre-paid card account.
