CMV - It's better for the climate if everyone buys a Tesla than it is if only rich people buy a Tesla

We can get into the details, but the answer to "is X Tesla better for the environment than Y gas car" is usually "yes" if X and Y are similar cars<br><br>2. If you have 10 people and 5 of them own a gas car while 5 own an electric car, then it is better for the environment if all 10 owned an electric car<br><br>3. If you have 10 people and 5 own a gas car while 5 own an electric car, and the 5 who own a gas car make less money than the 5 who own an electric car, then it is better for the environment if all 10 owned an electric car<br><br>4. If you have 10 people and 5 own a gas car while 5 own an electric car, and the 5 who own a gas car make less money than the 5 who own an electric car, and the 5 who own an electric car are buying a new electric car, then it is better for the environment if all 10 owned a new electric car<br><br>5. It is better for the environment if everyone buys a new Tesla than it is if only rich people buy a new Tesla<br><br>And so my CMV is that it is better for the environment if everyone buys a new Tesla than it is if only rich people buy a new Tesla.
