After a month of Society not being full of patriarchy, people are happy! We can do this. ❤️???

This has been on my mind since day one of the lockdown. <br><br>I hear so many people say how nice it is that society doesn’t have to put up with Porn addicts, and rapists, and all the patriarchy. And how it’s nice not to have to do one’s hair, or to wear makeup, or womanly dresses. Women and girl’s don’t have to be constantly afraid of rape. We don’t have to be afraid of getting killed or beaten. <br><br>No one has to worry about being harassed. <br><br>It’s just every day and it’s nice for a change. <br><br>Women talk about how they don’t have to worry about when they go to the fridge if some man is going to come up behind them. <br><br>And everyone can sleep in without having to get up at 4 or 5 am to “get their hair done” and their makeup. <br><br>And how men don’t have to worry about having to rape women (because they never had to before) but now they really don’t have to worry about having to do it. <br><br>So many people talk about how society is so much better. <br><br>We can make this happen. <br><br>We can make women, and girls and children safe. <br><br>We can make it so that men don’t have to feel like they have to rape women. <br><br>I know it’s gonna be a long time before this actually happens. <br><br>But, I have hope. <br><br>Just this last month proves that we can do it. <br><br>I know that men and women have to work on this together. <br><br>But, I hope that we all realize this. <br><br>Women are people and we are treated and seen as objects. <br><br>And it’s wrong.
