What is a realistic way to keep an hourglass figure or at least a close to hourglass figure after you stop dieting?

I am currently trying to lose weight, I am so sick and tired of being fat. I'm a contractor, I've been gaining weight since the start of the covid pandemic.<br><br>I want to lose some weight but still be fat because I'm most comfortable at that. I would love to get my hourglass figure back but if I keep dieting I'll never achieve it.<br><br>Is there any realistic way to keep weight loss going without starving myself?
