My husband is moving abroad and I'm going to have to sell all my possessions.

My husband is in the military and we are moving to a different country. He is going to have to go alone leaving me and our child behind. We are selling all our belongings and furniture to prepare for the move. The buyers I have found are people we don't know but are willing to buy a good amount of items cheaply. <br><br>We have a lot of clothes we want to get rid of and some items we don't want to give to thrift stores or buyers. Instead of throwing things away, I have bagged them up and put them in the fridge. The fridge is in the garage. Will I be able to throw these items away if we get infested with cockroaches?
