What are the few things we can do to improve our mental health over the next few weeks?

I am so ready to break up and mark the end of the year. I am absolutely exhausted and burnt out and just feel at a tipping point. <br><br>I say that as someone with good mental health, and who is lucky to be able to take enough time off. <br><br>I am worried about how my colleagues are doing, particularly those who are younger and less experienced. I’m worried about my students who won’t get a break for the next eight weeks. <br><br>I know we can’t magically fix our problems over night, but are there a few little things we can all do to help get us through the next few weeks?
