CMV: Gender shouldn't be a protected class

These days gender is treated like race, religion and sexuality. As if your gender somehow restricts you in ways that other things don't when it really doesn't. I don't see why gender should be protected especially considering that a person can change their gender.<br><br>*EDIT: I am referring to gender and not sex. Also I am not conflating the two. I am simply stating my common man's opinion.*
