Question for Trump supporters

I have just one question to ask.<br><br>I've seen people say he's done this or that, and claim credit, but the math doesn't add up.<br><br>Could you please explain to me how he's made America more great than Obama did in the eight years before he took office?<br><br>*edit* I'm not asking how he's made America greater than the rest of the world, since bragging about being better than everyone else is the mark of an under achiever. I'm asking how he's improved the country in comparison to how it was before he was elected.<br><br>*edit2* After two days, the best answer anyone has given is that he's overseen the development of a vaccine, which was already in development BEFORE he was elected. So the answer is, he hasn't. He's done nothing to improve the country.
