My (M22) girlfriends (F22) best friend (F21) is a religious zealot who has cut contact with her.

My girlfriend, Sarah, has been with me for about two years. She is awesome, and I couldn’t be happier. She was raised religious, but has drifted from it and identifies as agnostic. Her best friend, Taylor, also grew up religious, and the two have been friends since childhood. <br><br>Sarah has told me that she was over at the house of her and Taylor’s other friends when Taylor began ranting about how people who aren’t religious are evil, sinful, and will go to he’ll. She specifically asked Sarah if she was a believer, and she denied that she was. At that, Taylor said she was a fallen angel of the lord who needed to see the light, or she would be doomed. Sarah argues that she is not evil or sinful, and that religion is controlling and hinders people’s ability to grow. The argument got heated and they went their own ways. <br><br>Since then, Taylor has been sending Sarah messages saying she is an evil witch who is tainted in sin, and that she will go to hell if she doesn’t talk to a priest. Sarah says she is not concerned and says that Taylor has gone off the deep end, and that she is just venting on social media. <br><br>I am not so sure that she has gone crazy. I have heard that radical religious people often turn to violence, and I am worried that she is going to show up at Sarah’s house to harm her. I would like to warn the police, but I don’t want to just speculate wildly. I told Sarah, but she says I am being paranoid. Should I tell the authorities?<br><br>&#x200B;
