I started going to the gym in February this year 2024, I never had a gym membership nor did cross trainer ever because I get bored on cardio so I do strength training. I started doing cross trainer at the gym this year by doing a beginner workout and next thing I know I'm doing 30 minutes low resistance and leaving the gym. But because I get bored on cardio, I had to challenge myself to do more challenging resistance and stay for longer. I always end my day by walking in the swimming pool and it's like a nice way to cool down after a workout, but I started doing high resistance and wanted to stay for longer and I thought to myself 30 minutes is to easy, let me do 45 minutes and leave. I get to leave the gym and I hit 50 minutes because I live for endorphins and it makes me feel so good and I feel like I'm addicted to it. So I do a little cool down and drink some water then I have to do a strength training, so I do like a beginner strength training because it's beginner of the month, I don't wanna do too much but that's very easy and I do like 10 minutes of strength training and I'm done, I go swim and I'm out. But my next day goes like this and next thing I know I'm basically addicted to the cross trainer and I do 30 minutes high resistance , leave the gym and do strength training and I drink water, but little did I know I'm doing this every single day and because I'm doing more cross trainer, I do strength training but I do like 15 minutes strength training. I started doing cross trainer in February and I was doing 6 days a week and one day a week I would do maybe 30 minutes strength training and the next week I'm doing 4 days a week strength training and 2 days a week cross trainer. I started doing cross trainer high resistance for 1 hour and I felt so good, this was like May 2024, I thought I'm gonna do like 1 hour and leave the gym, but I'm getting addicted to the endorphins and I hit 1 hour 30 minutes. I'm also getting sick more often and I started getting sick, fever and I'm like I'm gonna give myself 2 days off, but because I'm addicted I ended up doing 1 hour for 2 days and guess what, I do 2 hours next thing I know I'm doing 2 hours and 30 minutes for 6 days a week and this is June 2024 and I'm literally addicted and I'm tired, I'm doing cross trainer and I'm basically leaving the gym and I'm too tired to do strength training. I'm basically doing strength training twice a week and I'm doing cross trainer 6 days a week and my body is tired, but I'm addicted to endorphins. I started doing 2 hours and 30 minutes and I would do 3 minutes cool down and I would only do 3 minutes cool down for 6 days a week and leave the gym. My stomach is so tight that I couldn't eat anything and I would eat a cookie and it would feel like I ate a whole cake because my stomach is too tight. But I started getting sick and I started doing cross trainer like 2 hours and 30 minutes and leaving the gym and I'm too tired to do strength training. I'm literally addicted to cross trainer and I'm tired and my stomach is too tight. I started getting sick and I'm like I'm giving myself a day off, but I missed the cross trainer so much that I ended up doing 2 hours. I'm addicted to cross trainer and I'm basically bed after the gym. Next thing I know I'm in the hospital because my body is in a bad shape and I also started doing an extreme diet and I'm literally addicted to cross trainer. I'm basically addicted to the gym and I'm basically addicted to 2 hours and 30 minutes of cross trainer. I'm in the hospital and I'm like I'm just addicted to the gym. I'm addicted to the endorphins and the gym, but I need to take care of my body. My friends tell me that I'm too skinny and I'm like "it's all worth it, I'm addicted to endorphins". I'm basically addicted to an extreme diet, an extreme workout and endorphins, but I'm tired and I'm not gonna do cross trainer for a while.
