Opiate problem is off the charts

I have never seen the opiate problem so bad in my area. I don't even do them but I'm just seeing so many stories of so many people from my town and surrounding areas just dying from the heroin. Just seeing death after death and mainly all from heroin. This is just a normal week not even a month.<br><br> <br> I'm seeing 3-4 deaths a week to heroin. I have never seen so many deaths in my area. Just seeing all these stories of 20 somethings dying. I think we all know why the heroin is so strong but I don't know why it's still around or how many it will take for something to be done.<br><br> I feel bad for the families who are losing loved ones and I don't understand how the government cannot stop this. I just wish they could get some help for these addicts but I doubt it. Maybe they just want the addicts to die off, I don't know.<br><br> <br><br>EDIT <br><br>Wow thank you all for the replies and support.
