Why can't people (maybe mostly men) stop making pregnant women their personal google?

I know a woman who is due next month who recently posted that she was in a waiting room at the doctors office and had one woman walk up and ask her why she was there. She said she was full term and waiting to be called back for an ultrasound. The woman then asked why she was getting an ultrasound and she said "I'm full term and this will be my babies ultrasound before birth". The woman said "oh I've never heard of that before". Then she had another woman walk up and ask the same questions as if they just didn't believe her. This has also happened to me when I was pregnant with my first and would get these random questions that just seemed so odd. The questions are just so random "Why are you getting an ultrasound?" - because I'm pregnant? I would love to hear your stories.
