What is it about being a man that makes them hate women so much for existing?

I couldn’t be bothered getting into it with him but a guy I know who is delusional enough to think he’s a nice guy and also says we are **friends** went on about how all women are disgusting and shouldn’t leave their homes because of their hair. He said something along the lines of “I’m sorry but just seeing your hair is enough to make me hate you.” He’s gone on about this topic a few times and I remember him saying how he doesn’t like the way women smile and how “society” is to blame and a woman saying that they like their hair/their smile is disgusting too. I’ve just got a feeling that the moment I contribute by agreeing with him, he will turn on me like he does everyone he claims to be friends with. <br><br>Is it true that they hate us for existing? What is wrong with our hair that we can’t even leave our houses with it the way it is? And wtf is wrong with smiling?
