I'm tired of the constant hate towards ecchi, harem and moe animes

I can't stand it. It goes on for years and years. I'd say more than half of anime fandom hates ecchi, harems and moe. It doesn't matter if a show has an actual substance, if it has fanservice or anything like this, it's immediately labelled as a generic trash.<br><br>Cruelty is a great example, my friend recommended it to me, I loved it, then when I said how much I liked it in a group chat, I got mocked for 10 minutes for watching "a generic fanservice-based moe anime". It was so embarrassing, I've never felt like this. I got to episode 48 in 2 days, that generic moe and fanservice anime was damn good. It's 8.1 on MAL, but for some reason it's OK to diss it. Do you know why?<br><br>You can't escape it. It's everywhere. Chambers, IG, tiktok, etc etc. I love anime in general but it makes me angry that everyone feels like they have to mock stuff like that.
