What's the best recipe to make if your cooking for 1 person?

Basically the title. I'm a Folx that's new to cooking and I'm not the best at it yet either, but I like the idea of cooking food for myself and just myself. My question is what's the first thing I should make for 1 person? Does that make a lot of sense?
