A very sad day

We bred a couple females in our monkey colony to a very rare male. We did everything we could to ensure a healthy pregnancy but the females miscarried. We also had another female that was pregnant but this too was lost. One of the females that miscarried is sick and we are trying to deal with the complications from the miscarriage. <br><br>A day of what should be joy has turned to sorrow. I know that this is all part of the process of animal breeding , but it is never easy.
