How do we have to suffer because only scientists like creating AI?

I don’t understand how the government doesn’t just stop them from doing this. Why have they spent so much time on this? Then also the only reason the government pays them for this is because they want to use it for war. This is so messed up. I don’t see how a AI can not only create a war between countries but create one inside the US itself.<br><br>It was so stupid to create this technology. People are all for it because they are greedy and they want to have power over one another. Just like how they put people in jail for breaking the law.
