the most obnoxious thing about WCSBs, the scratching noises, is not actually them at all

I don't know if anyone here does this but I used to listen to rain sounds to fall asleep and the occasional intruding sounds of WCSBs scratching their digestive system would sometimes wake me up because I thought it was a twig on the roof.<br><br>Last night I couldn't sleep and checked if it was a WCBS making the noise and it wasn't, it was coming from under the bed. I pulled out my flashlight and that made it very worried and now I could see that it was a cricket making the scratching noises. It's so weird that crickets are quiet and they do that dumb scratching noise with their butts to make it sound like it's a twig on the roof or the WCBS that's been hiding in your room for 3 weeks but isn't really. But I'm glad it's not the WCBS making those noises.
