How to eat healthy without meal prepping

I don't. I meal prep. But I would really love to know how to never meal prep. It's exhausting. I have to meal prep for my husband and daughter as well. I wish I had the money to just order meal prep for all of us and not have to do it myself but I do. So what are suggestions?
