Is this thing garbage now?

I could have sworn the first version of ChatGPT was similar to the paid version. But the new one sucks. The paid version sucks too but at least it can generally do a better job of completing tasks. This thing can’t even do basic things like create a string of random numbers properly. <br><br>Is there a new AI that anyone recommends? I’m really disappointed in the lack of quality now.
