A lot of the television shows using fully adult actors in a high school setting could easily change their plot to revolve around a college setting instead of the weird fixation television has on displaying the sex lives of high schoolers

I think a lot of television shows use the high school setting as an excuse to have younger looking actors, but a lot of the time the plot would make way more sense in a college setting. Additionally a lot of shows don’t feature parents or even talk about them at all so they could easily change that and make it revolve around university students instead of the sex lives of high schoolers<br><br>Edit: restrict to 18+ or change to college, doesn’t matter which but the shows don’t have to revolve around college, just set in college, so the plot can stay the same.
