My (F28) husband (M30) has a strange medical fetish, he wants me to be his nurse. I hate it.

We've been married for four years, and have generally a good relationship.

He's been good to me, and always been the no bone thrown type. Meaning that he loves me as a person, and has never objectified me sexually.

About a year ago, he opened up about a fetish similar to medical fetish.. But a bit different. He wanted to be a patient in a hospital setting, but not the sexual aspect. He wanted me to be a nurse, to take care of him, feed him, change his diapers, give him baths etc. The thing is he wanted to be treated like an infant. Diapers, pacifier, baby food etc.

I'll admit that I've never been aroused by this, it made me sick to my stomach to be honest. But I wanted to make him happy, so I gave it a try. I never went all out with this, but did try once or twice. I never ever told him no, as it made him so happy, but it was definitely not for me.

He recently has been bringing it up a lot, and has even mentioned that he wants me to start a YouTube channel, and get into the medical fetish community. After that I had to put my foot down, as I hated it, and didn't want to humiliate myself for his pleasure. The thing is he seems so hurt by my rejection of his fetish, and I feel awful that I couldn't make him happy.

Is there anything I can do to make him happy, aside from the obvious?

**TL;DR:** My husband admitted to a strange fetish, and I hate it. How can I make him happy, without partaking in the fetish?
