Heroin has gotten so good and cheap in the last couple years. Why?

Im in Southern California and the Heroin just recently got so good, it really started with lockdown. <br><br>Ive only been doing heroin for about 15 months or so. I didn’t try it again for 13 years because how bad it was after my first attempt 15 years ago. <br><br>I’m not saying that it wasn’t available all this time. But I never had access to it because every junkie I knew would come to me to buy the pills I had, because heroin was garbage. <br><br>A few years ago I had a pill connect and I’d buy a large amount of pills(60-90) and I’d sell a few to my junkie buddies and they’d always tell me the heroin was garbage. One of them called me one time while I was in jail and had a huge stash of pills, and told me he was doing heroin and it was amazing. I didn’t believe it and asked the other junkies I knew and they all said it was alright, but still, I didn’t try, because I stopped buying my pills for myself and was just buying them to sell. And I was also doing Meth. <br><br>The pills got really expensive and I ran out of money and couldn’t afford to get pills. I called my old junkie buddy and we ended up driving to the hood, looking for pills and when we couldn’t find anymore, I decided to try heroin, because my friend said it was good and it was cheap. And it was pretty good, much better than it was the first time I tried it. <br><br>I was doing pills 90% of the time and Heroin 10%. I kept doing pills, because they were the easier drug to function on and I was high 24/7 and had everything on point.<br><br>This year, my pill connects have started to get pinched a lot. I was getting pretty lazy in getting Heroin, because you need to drive to the hood, sometimes it’s a bit of work to find some, and the quality isn’t always as good. But one night, I couldn’t find pills and I was so sick, that I HAD to go find Heroin. I was so sick, I couldn’t even drive. Luckily, my junkie friend and his girlfriend took me to the hood and we got some. It was slightly worse than usual, but at that time, I was so sick I didn’t even care and it still made me feel alright. I started to get more sick and more sick, and then my junkie friends suggested we go find some more and get more. I dont know why I did it, but I was going to buy more than I usually do in one sitting. I ended up buying a half gram of Heroin and I was so sick, I did it all and I was high as fuck. I was shocked. I’ve been doing drugs for 14 years and I’ve never been high like that ever. I’ve been high of course, but not where my body feels numb and I can’t feel pain. My junkie friends were shocked too.<br><br>So after that, I started doing more, because I was sick and I have access to it, and for some reason I can only get more sick if I buy more lol. But I’ve definitely noticed it’s gotten so good and cheap. I’ve been buying a full gram and it’s very cheap. I can get it from 2 different spots and the quality is the same. And the good thing about it, is that I don’t get sick anymore. My junkie friends and I were trying to figure out why it was getting so good, and they think because the pandemic is making a lot of people get depressed and that’s the reason why it’s widely available. And I’m not saying it’s Nawar, but it looks like H. And with everything happening and how cheap it is, it’s possible it’s not Mexican.<br><br>Idk, I might just be in a bullshit spot. But I’ve heard from other junkies that it’s gotten really good everywhere else too. And I’ve been doing drugs for 14 years, and this is the first time I’ve seen it like this.
