How do I get people to critique my work?

I know this might be frowned upon, but I'm on about 5 chambers for writing, plus my university's creative writing workshop, and no one ever seems to have any feedback for my work. I'm very, very new to this, so I know I'm not the best writer (far from it, actually), but I really love it so I need to get the feedback in order for me to get better. <br><br>I do read other people's work and provide good feedback. I'm not lazy or looking to mooch. I just want to know what's so wrong with me that despite my best efforts, my work never gets looked at. <br><br>If you have any personal stories about how you fare in getting feedback, or if you have any advise, please post them here.<br><br><br>Edit: I think I know where I'm going wrong. I've actually not been posting to any of the places I thought I was posting to.
