In a world where people live facelessly, the newman mayor is trying to make everyone wear masks.

In the city of Madesia, everyone was born without faces. They lived as they were, without the need for masks, and there was always peace in the city. The townspeople passed the days doing their daily jobs and purchasing food, but they rarely talked. There were only a few buildings in the city, and the only one every one visited was the grocery. <br><br>One day, everything changed. A newcomer named Jams mayored in the city, and he promised to make life in the city more fun. He said that if there is face, there is more advantage. He even somehow made the citizens believe that the only reason everyone never talked is because everyone never had a face. Despite this being a lie, the citizens decided to try his way anyways. <br><br>Jams made every person wear a mask, and everyone became happier. Sometimes there would even be flash mobs of wanting to wear a mask, and they would all go to the city center and dance. The town square was now the most popular place in the city, and everyone went there to sometimes dance and sometimes talk. There were even jobs made up of making new masks everyday, and everyone got their pay by having new masks. <br><br>The citizens would never know that Jams secretly took the pay, and faceless beings need not masks.
