I am an American living in Europe for 2 years, how can I see as many countries as I can when I have 5 weeks of vacation?

I have 5 weeks of vacation a year, and I am keen on making the most out of this. I’ve already been to a few countries, but I am keen on seeing more.<br><br>So I would like to get some suggestions that I can implement in order to see the most countries possible in the span of 5 weeks.<br><br>Some things I would like to consider;<br>- I am a fan of using my car, we own a Honda Civic Type R.<br>- I am fairly keen on staying in a budget. I hate spending money so I want to keep on being frugal with my spending.<br>- I am very much an outdoors person, so I love going to national parks or forests, but I am also a fan of cities and the urban atmosphere.<br><br>I also want to consider time spent on transit as well, I would like to minimize transit time if I’m going to visit a particular country.<br><br>Thanks in advance, and I hope someone can help me out.<br><br>Edit: I live in the Netherlands, I didn’t specify this earlier.
