The infamous NBC show "South Park?"

A few years ago, I heard a rumor that there was a Digg post that was put up by a PR person for NBC, trying to promote a show called "South Park?" Obviously, this show doesn't exist on NBC, and the actual show is "South Park" (without the question mark) on Comedy Central, and is a show commonly found on NBC's competitor, Comedy Central. In short, this was a show obviously not really on NBCs worst competitor, and was most likely a mistake, so I was wondering if anyone had any information on it.
