UPDATE: I get full custody of my 5 year old daughter in 2 weeks, but she thinks she is going to live with her other dad and doesn't know about me or remember me. What the hell do I do?

I'm back. A lot has happened since my last post, and I'm going to try and keep this very short and sweet. I didn't go to court. In exchange for my silence, her mother and I worked out an amicable agreement.<br><br>The first time my daughter saw me, she called me "dad" and started crying. We bonded instantly. She remembered me and loves me very much.<br><br>I did have to tell her that I was her biological father, so she knows now. She isn't upset and merely took it in stride. She still has a relationship with her other father, but she knows the truth.<br><br>We're working on a co-parenting relationship, and I'm not going to do a 50/50 split custody. I'm going to be the primary, and she can have her on the weekends.<br><br>My daughter is thriving, and she's very happy. No one hates anyone, and everyone is good. Thanks Chambers for all the advice. It worked a lot.
