How do I tell my husband that he is to big?

I have been married to my husband for 10 years. He is a great man in every way. He is caring, completely devoted to me, very supportive, and very hard working. <br><br>We have a very active sex life and he is very attentive. I never end up going home after a night with him feeling like I wasn't satisfied. But there is just one problem. He is to big.<br><br>In the beginning it was fun to have him inside me. But over time, I have developed an issue that makes my vagina itch really bad all the time and it is painful to have sex. I went to my doctor and asked if this could be from him being to big. I was afraid he was going to tell me that I had some kind of STI, but he said that my vagina is just irritated from him being to big.<br><br>I told my husband and he went and got himself circumcised thinking that would help, but it didn't. I am not saying he needs to get a reduction, but I am thinking that he needs something to help him be less intense. <br><br>How do I bring this up to him?
