as far as philosophy is concerned, does the concept of "good" supersede the concept of "right"?

i dont think this is an original idea, but i believe if you can do something objectively good, the fact that it is legally or socially wrong really means nothing.<br><br>for example, if you needed to steal something in order to save a life, you would steal it. if someone needed an organ from you, wouldnt it be good to give them yours? even if you die in the process, you have saved a life.<br><br>or another example, without the supreme court decision legalizing marriage equality, wouldnt LGBTQ+ couples have a moral obligation to marry illegally in order to express their love for each other, even if it means they will likely be charged with the crime?
