GPT-4 small is such an improvement over GPT-4 normal that it would be reasonable for them to rewrite the prices and remove the word "premium" from GPT-4 normal

I used to be crazy about GPT-4 by summer 2023. But it's clear that OpenAI found out what the issues were and it was a matter of time before they fixed them, since it's just a matter of training. I don't think there's much this model can't do anymore. I believe most uses for GPT-4 normal would be a waste of money.
