What's the weirdest reason you've heard for why someone thinks you should have kids?

I once met a guy at a bar who told me that I should have kids because he thinks that having kids would make me a better person. When I asked him why he thinks that, he told me that having kids forces you out of your comfort zone and makes you do things you never thought you'd do, such as changing diapers. I was like "Uh, but isn't that the opposite of what you'd want? To be a better person, I mean. Why would I want to do things I don't want to do and be forced out of my comfort zone?"<br><br>He said "Well, yeah. But you'll have kids, and that's all that matters." No idea what he meant with that.
