If you are fat and live in the UK, please go get your Covid jab now

The only reason I'm posting this is because I just found out that studies have shown that us fatties are about 70% more likely to die of Covid-19 if we catch it. Not sure if that's the case for the US or anywhere else but I thought it important to share for anyone in the UK who needs to know. <br><br>Apparently they're now allowing people to get the jab even if they're not clinically obese - I'm about a size 12 and they decided to call me clinically obese and have given me the jab - in which case, you're good. If you're only intending on getting one, make sure it's Moderna, studies have shown that Moderna maybe more effective than Pfizer and is apparently better at protecting against the B1.1.7 variant. <br><br>Right now in the UK we're going through a massive outbreak of the variant and cases are rising, so I'm worried that they're going to lock down the country again and we all know what that's like for us fatties.
