I'm a chef of 10+ years. I've worked in 2, 3, 1 michelin starred restaurants. I've worked in several high end hotels.<br><br>Hell, I'm even a bodybuilder. Which means I hold a competition standard physique and weigh 195lbs at 5'9" and a body fat percentage of 5%.<br><br>And people give me shit for eating the things I choose to eat.<br><br>I choose to eat ramen because it's cheap, it's filling, it's delicious, and it's quick.<br><br>I choose to eat bk veggie burgers 2 for $3 because they're cheap, they're filling, they're delicious, and they're quick. I still find it funny that 2 for $3 beats steakhouse pricing lb for lb on taste and dollar value.<br><br>I choose to eat a plain old pb&j because it's still a great protein source, great source of healthy fats, it's delicious, and it's quick.<br><br>I'm calling bullshit on all the "mind the quality of your ingredients" nonsense.<br><br>If you have money to waste that's fine, but you don't have to be so snobbish about it.<br><br>I can eat fast food, I can eat junk food, and I do it without any guilt because I have nothing to feel guilty about.<br><br>And if you're one of those people, it's not something you need to feel bad about either.<br><br>&#x200B;
