Can't seem to consistently keep up with daily life

I'm 22, and I can't seem to consistently keep up with daily life. I'm not a college student, but have a part-time job in tech and a part time job in healthcare. I'm a single mom, but her dad is heavily involved. I manage one more job as well, a freelance job. I'm also trying to create my own tech business and grow a YouTube channel.

I manage to get everything together and clean for a few weeks, and then everything falls apart. And I get so depressed that I just want to stay in bed forever because I've messed up so bad.

I've tried so many productivity methods, and even tried mental health resources. But I can't seem to figure this out. At this point, I can't even consistently get my daughter to school on time. I know I'm not lazy, I'm so tired and exhausted. But I can't seem to keep up with life.

Edit: I'm overwhelmed with the amount of responses I have received on this. Thank you so much for the support. I have reached out to my doctor and will hopefully be able to get into therapy. Many of you have told me to quit my jobs and move into my parents house, which sounds so tempting, but I can't tell my daughter we can no longer afford to live in our home. I've signed up for a few different apps and I'm going to try some new methods. I have also reached out to her dad for additional help. I'm a little scared that I may have burned out completely, and I'm not sure how I can ever recover. But I'm going to keep trying my best. Thank you all again so much.
