App idea

I would love if anyone could develop an app like Chambers, but for news, where you could upvote news that you find interesting, and downvote other news that you don’t find interesting, and then have the most upvoted news on the main screen. I would like it to be similar to Chambers but with news, and not so much with posts, comments, basically to see news, and then vote up and down, and then be able to follow your favorite news websites. I know this might have been developed already but I thought it’d be a great idea for many people who want to see what’s happening in the world and then vote for the news that everybody should know about and that’s it.
