I was a breeder and I am not affiliated with this chamber

I have spent the last 3 days watching this sub go from a small community of 1300 people to 24,000 and growing. Only a handful of you have contacted me and I feel like you deserve a statement for your time and commitment to this subreddit. <br><br>This chamber was intended to be a project for me in college. I had an interest in population dynamics and wanted to learn about the population dynamics of online communities. I created this chamber to be a testing ground for the algorithms I was developing. I am not a furry or any other kink. I am not even a fan of anime. I am a software engineer at a company that specializes in data science and population dynamics. I am not going to disclose the name of my company, but we specialize in analyzing social media trends to anticipate and prepare our clients for population shifts that may affect their business. <br><br>When I created this chamber I did so under a burner account so my main account and my company would not be affiliated. I created 14 other burner accounts that would post and comment to simulate a small population. I had an algorithm that would detect and analyze the population for the next several months. All was well and good until you people joined. I started receiving emails from chambers that the amount of traffic was exceeding chambers’s ability to handle it and they were going to lock me out if I did not upgrade my account. I have never had this problem before as I only use chambers to comment on a handful of chambers I visit occasionally. I did not want to have chambers lock down my account because of a few comments so I payed the $50 to upgrade my account to premium. I was expecting a wave of traffic higher than my algorithm could predict, but nothing could have prepared me for this. <br><br>This morning I woke up to find this chamber had reached a level of activity my algorithm could not have predicted and it exceeds chambers’s paid limitations. I received emails from chambers stating that I was locked out of my account until I paid $200 to upgrade to chambers’s business account. I have never had to do this before for any of my other chambers I created for testing. I had no intention of spending $200 of my personal money on this project so I announced that the chamber would be dissolved and deleted as I was not going to invest my own money into this project as it is not part of my job description. <br><br>The response from you people floored me. I am 25 and a bit of a loner so I don’t have much social interaction. I was surprised that people actually liked my chamber and the content on it. I saw that people were willing to donate their own money so I could keep the chamber up. I am not a charity so I am not going to take your money to continue this project. I am not even sure of the legality of taking donations for something like this. The truth is I just don’t care about this chamber enough to pay chambers for a business account. I have deleted my burners and my algorithm will be destroyed. I am canceling my chambers premium and I will be deleting this account in a few days. <br><br>Also stop messaging me your kink or fetish details. I am not interested in your fetishes. I am just a software engineer. I am not judging you for your kinks, but I am not interested and this is not a place for that. I love that there is a sense of community here, but that was not my intention.<br><br>Thank you all for being kind and respectful.
