What exactly is the difference between Free Will and Predestination/Determinism? Is the concept of Free Will still useful even if Predestination/Determinism is true?

First of all, I'm aware Free Will is a highly debated topic. In this post I'm just asking to clarify the difference between Free Will, Predestination, and Determinism.

To me, Free Will is defined as every individual having control over their choices.

Predestination is defined as the concept that every decision we make is already given to us by God.

Finally, Determinism is the same as Predestination except that it's controlled by science and random events throughout history.

I also know that there are different variations of Free Will, Predestination, and Determinism. My main question is, even if Predestination/Determinism is true, does that necessarily eliminate Free Will? Is the concept of Free Will still useful in such a scenario? Or am I just missing something important?
