I'm seriously considering starting a meal prep business with my GF. Anyone have any advice for a newbie?

I've been cooking with my girlfriend for a while, and we've had a big spike in interest for our food lately. We've had a couple coworkers approach us about if we would be willing to make them food weekly for a fee. I know there is a HUGE market for meal prep in my area, and I thought it would be a great opportunity for my girlfriend and I to get to spend more time together and see if you could make something we love into a business. So, I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in the food industry or a home run business, and any advice you could give. I have a very basic business plan set up, but we're still in the planning stages and I would absolutely love to hear any advice you have for us.<br><br>TLDR: Thinking of starting a meal prep business with my GF.
