What can I do to make my partner more confident?

I love my partner to death. They mean everything to me. However it breaks my heart to see them so insecure. They have body image insecurities and is also insecure about our relationship and how much I love them. I tell them how beautiful they are both inside and out, how proud I am of them each day, how much I love them and that I mean it, how lucky I feel to have them in my life. I am fiercely loyal to them and will try to protect them from anything that will harm them. I show them how much I love them with my actions as well as my words. I go out of my way to make them happy and happy to help them feel better when they are feeling down. Yet they still can't seem to feel loved and appreciated by me.<br><br>Is there something else I can do?
